The 2nd International Annual Nuclear Plant Operation & Maintenance Conference (INPOM 2015) was held in Shanghai, China from Sep.16 to Sep.17, 2015 where joint delegation of INKLA Trading & Engineering GmbH, Austria and PJSC “Turboatom”, Kharkov, Ukraine participated.

More than 400 delegates from 20 countries all over the world attended conference, more than 60 experts made their reports and presentations about prospects for the development of nuclear power engineering in the world, safe operation, repair and maintenance of power generation plants. Gryshyn Mykola, first deputy of chief structural engineer of steam turbines of PJSC “Turboatom”, PhD in technical sciences also made his report about steam turbines for NPP and turbine equipment modernization.

A series of meetings were held with Chinese manufacturers of power equipment and operating utilities, where prospects for cooperation in the field of supply and equipment modernization for NPP were discussed.

So far, China in experiencing a boom in power plant construction and is on the top of the world in nuclear power engineering development rate. Many Chinese experts hold an interest in PJSC “Turboatom” equipment and they are ready to start detailed negotiations on matter of mutually beneficial cooperation.
