International contract agreement


4 September 2015 during plenary meeting of VII International Economic Forum “Innovations. Investments. Kharkiv Initiatives”, which held in Kharkiv (Ukraine), PJSC “Turboatom” and company “Inkla Trading and Engineering GmbH signed International Contract Agreement.

Document was signed based on many years of experience of “Turboatom” as one of worldwide leading enterprise on design and manufacture of turbines for NPP, TPP and HPP and experience of develop and supply of complex industrial solutions of international company “Inkla Trading and Engineering GmbH”, and also under results of negotiations.

“We are over 45years engaged in supply and development of equipment under local regional standards, including cooperation with “Turboatom” already 10 years”, emphasized Miha Vergelj. “I consider this agreement as indicator that we can integrate leading Ukrainian supplier “Turboatom” in European energy market. We consider “Turboatom” as reliable partner which has high technical level of its production and references all-over the world” he noted.

General Director Victor Subotin highly evaluated prospects of this cooperation: “Signing of today`s Contract Agreement is important as for our enterprise as for Ukraine as a whole. This is one more step towards to Eurointegration”.

Parties agreed about interactions and cooperation on supply of power equipment for modernization of operated NPP Units in European countries, including NPP Loviisa (Finland) and NPP Kozloduy (Bulgary).

Corresponding contracts, defining conditions, terms and scopes of equipment supply will be concluded after holding of appropriate tender procedures.

On a 1st stage for NPP Loviisa supposed to make supply of blades of 5th stage of Low Pressure Cylinder of turbine К-220-44-2.

At Units Nos 5,6 NPP Kozloduy equipment supply planned for modernization of High Pressure Cylinders of turbines К-1000-60/1500-2. Besides it is aimed design, manufacture and supply of locking-regulating system of turbines.

Present Agreement became effective from the moment of signing.
